This complex is located in a bad neighborhood with some very nasty low income housing projects located across the street from the north end of the complex. Although the neighborhood to the north is crime ridden, many of the tenents inside this complex are not the greatest themselves. A lot of drug dealing and loitering in general in front of the buildings. Makes for an unsafe environment.

You are wrong. For the most part, the problem is not the adults but the kids not having things to do. If the local buisnesses would provided jobs, than we would not having the kids hanging out in front of the buildings. The dominican owned associated sumpermarket would be a great start for kids, rather than hiring undocumented workers which they are now. Let's be real though, the community won't hire additional youth service workers, and associated won;t hire local kids.
