although spring creek towers is in dire need of improvements, the anemities are something to rave about. Unfortunately there will be distructive tenants and inconsiderate tenants wherever you live. Sometimes the ratio to decent people will be out numbered.We can choose to do 2 things vacate the community or ban together and fight for a better living environment. MeadowWood, (formerly Fairfield Towers) has been purchased recently and is currently undergoing a complete renovation. Maybe that is what this community needs an opportunity to become a condominium community. Maybe then the people who disregard,destroy, and disrespect the property will LEAVE!!This will eliminate the trash from this community and allow the hard working middle class residents to live comfortably!!!! Amen! You couldn't put it any better. This place used to be so nice, people cared about the other's living space and most importantly the property. Now you have people who move in and don't care nothing about the lease they signed. There is a growing number of residents who have dogs in their apartment and I know the lease say NO DOGS ALLOWED. If they don't clean up the property, I am moving out! period

To Sheffield 13, I was glad you mentioned this other apt. complex, Meadow Wood. You mentioned that it was renovated - I did a search and found the website and management did state renovations have been made. Do you know if it is a pretty good place to reside? Or does anyone reading this have any info. you can provide? Thank you. The many concerns about Spring Creek gave me cause to pause! Thank to all who gave their reviews and shared their experiences - both negative and positive.

I was here since 2000 and it has went down before 2004.Dont worry owners will make this place condos just before the park is ready.People who own there apt take care of them better.Sorry low income im tired of grafitti on the walls and garbage,i work to hard!This has to be done within 1 year and a half or im outta here! see ya!

Amen, amen, and amen. Everything you touched on I agree 100% Garbage every where. This is the kind of TRASH that is moving in causing the decline of the property. I blame no one but starrett city, the rental department. Evidently, they are not doing a good job.

I too have noticed the decline. I too will give it a litte more time to see if its going to get worse if it does I'm leaving too. We really need to let manangement know how we feel about some of the new tenants they are allowing in. They are not selling it anymore so going condo is out. We should ban together and get the people with dogs out! The people who destroy the property out!

Can anyone help me with a paint question? I Would like to get my apartment painted how do I go about it? I've been in C7 since March 2009 - do they charge you, If so, how much? Do I provide the paint? Can they do the entire apartment at the same time? Thanks
