I PROVIDED ALL THE NEEDED DOCUMENTS TO MANAGEMENT AND THEY KEEP REQUESTING MORE INFO OR LOSING MY DOCUMENTS BEFORE BEING PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST....I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE OR IS IT JUST THE AGENT'

I LIVE IN ANOTHER BUILDING THAT IS MANAGED AND OWNED BY THE SAME PEOPLE FOR SPRING CREEK AND I HAVE BEEN THERE 11 MONTHS AND YES THEY KEPT LOSING MY PAPERWORK. 4 TIMES!! THE VERY LAST TIME MY NAME WASNT EVEN IN THEIR SYSTEM, THE LAST TENANT'S NAME IS STILL THERE EVEN THOUGH I RECEIVED AND SIGNED A NEW LEASE. SO I HAVE TO GO BACK AND TAKE MY INFO ONCE AGAIN. AND MY RENT STATEMENTS WERE SAYING I OWED 7,000 DOLLARS WHEN I MOVED IN.

Hey, hummm99 - I think all 2 bedrooms are the same size but different models. YES!!! you have to have an exterminator come to your current apartment, when you explan why you need them, they will give you a letter to bring to the rental office. I moved in C7 March 2009 - I love it!
