how much does it cost to rent a one bedroom at spring creek towers. and how long is the waitting list. do they rent studio or just one bedroom

The 2 bedrooms start at $1052 & the 3 bedrooms start at $1285. Balconies are $42 extra. I would assume that the 1 bedrooms range between $800 - $900. If I remember correctly, yes there are studios. Call 718-642-7368. They will be glad to answer your questions accurately.
