Hey Im finally moving into my aprtment on nov 10th, I waited a year exactly for a 2 bedroom, I applied aug 18th of 2008, had the interview Oct 8 2008. Got called back on Oct 8th 2009 to view 2 apartments how ironic...I am so happy, i cant wait...good luck to all thats still waiting...

i AM ABOUT TO SEND MY APPLICATION. HEARD THAT THIS PLACE IS JUST A FABULOUS GHETTO. MY MOM FRIEND LIVES THERE SHE SAID DON'T GET ANY APR ON FLATLANDS SIDE. PLEASE ADVISE ME SINCE YOU ARE A NEW TENANT. I AM A FEMALE 46YRS, SON 28YRS, DAUGHTER 12YRS, WE ARE VERY DECENT, RESPFULL FAMILY JUST LOOKING FOR A NICE AREA TO LIVE. thanks for the insight...i was told that it takes about a year but i was hoping that it would be a little sooner. Cant wait to get out of the place that I presently live, it has deteriorated terribly. nfortunately from the reviews above, I have a while to wait. Much success/luck to all others.

To Anonymous yes u can i have a 2 bedroom with my daughter...the thing is if what u make you can get it...but if u decide to have a son you have to get a 3 bedroom

Yes you need an exterminator to check your current apartment. They will give you a letter to bring to the management office. I think all 2bedrooms are the same size just different models. I moved into C7 March 2009

Snugga what building did you move into ? I was reading some reviews and it seems like section C is not the best of the best. I guess it depends on the person.
