Heating supply This place is he ------- worst when it come to heat and hot water just moved in summer 09 and having problem with this hot water system , water was brick ice cold . i am so over this freaking place i would not recommend people to live here during the winter maintenance

Parking They raised the parking rates from $100.00 to $125.00 but your better off parking in the street...the space floods with backed up sewer water..and they want us to pay for the privlege of having our grandkids walk thru that and track it in your car!

The Worst Apartment...Ever I lived there and it was the worst experience of my life. The leasing office is awful, rude, and management never return phone calls. Sink was broken, toilet was broken, and above all else, they do not like to return security deposits. Saw a story

I see the appeal The building is absolutely bloated with potential both inside and out though it's severely unfulfilled. My impression is that the undertaking ended up being more than the developer could handle and had to cut corners on both retrofitting and outfitting.
