Parking They raised the parking rates from $100.00 to $125.00 but your better off parking in the street...the space floods with backed up sewer water..and they want us to pay for the privlege of having our grandkids walk thru that and track it in your car!

The Worst Apartment...Ever I lived there and it was the worst experience of my life. The leasing office is awful, rude, and management never return phone calls. Sink was broken, toilet was broken, and above all else, they do not like to return security deposits. Saw a story

I see the appeal The building is absolutely bloated with potential both inside and out though it's severely unfulfilled. My impression is that the undertaking ended up being more than the developer could handle and had to cut corners on both retrofitting and outfitting.

HORRIBLE This place is unsafe. not clean . the elevators smell like pee there are dogs that ---- everywere there clearly more than 30lb.(they look like they eat babies for lunch). The old tenants are disgusting. There is so much drug use and crime here. HORRI BLE
