Currently renting. I think my apartment is nice looking. Hard wood floors and rounded doorways. Size is just right. Great view on the rooftop though of Buffalo skyline and Lake Eerie.
Management is tough to deal with. Very fee happy. There's a $25 fee if you're locked out after hours. Management hours are from 9am to 3pm Monday thru Friday, though. Keep good track of your payments and other documents. They will try to charge you late fees even if you paid on time.
There are two stairwells but only one leads to the exit. Fire hazard. Oh and the basement smells a little like mansack.
