I have lived at this address for just under a year and can honestly say I will not be renewing my lease. This company only cares about money. The Ambassador has a building manager who is inept and lacks sufficient communication skills. Filling the apartments is the most important thing to these people. If you need to make arrangements with the landlord, make sure you bring a witness because they will tell you one thing and not follow through - whether you are having a package delivered or trying to make a payment arrangement - they will NOT honor any verbal agreements. When I complained about noise from a loud tenent who through a party until 3am, the landlord responded "Well, I do not live here so I can not verify if what you said happened. Next time call the cops"

The only saving grace is maintenance.

Laundry room is all too often suffering from maintence issues with the machines.

Is it the same apartment manager from a few years ago? Kissling bought out the apartment shortly after I had moved in.The tenants changed after the purchase. The radiator was confusing as to how to adjust it for temperature control. If it were very windy and cold you could expect to have to readjust it. There were some cold nights until the radiator was able to heat it back up. The next night it would be less windy and it would be hot when I returned home. I use to open the window and work with the radiator for a few days. I eventually was able to keep my apartment between 70 and 80. Good to hear the windows have been replaced they had mentioned it back in 2001. It had a few of the college kids (tenants) buzzing with delight. Enjoy your stay and keep to yourself, there was a murder in 402 when I lived there 2000-2001. There are some tenants that can be demanding, but some are alright if you draw a line. Ciao
