The Kissling Interest is by far the worst apartment management company you could possibly rent from in WNY. I guarantee that you will NOT receive your full security deposit back after you lease has expired, even though you return the apartment EXACTLY (or even better than) you first received it. They will nickel and dime you with everything and not give any explanations. So if you plan on renting from Kissling, consider yourself warned. DO NOT RENT from Kissling! Save yourself the trouble and MONEY!

100% with you this people can not be call property management they are far away from been that, they dont have a clue of what professionalism is. The Director a lady name Rose will tell you something and then lie in your face anything she tell you or promise make sure she write it or you have her on a recorded line cuz her words dont have any integrity at all, her and the looby girl Heather who answers the phone dont have any scruples. You move in to one of Kissiling Propertys and you are dealing with trash.
