So so, so far. It is very quiet for the most part, but I am on the top floor. It is pet friendly, and secure. No problems so far with things breaking, however the electricty went out recently and when I called the main office they told ME to call national grid! I informed them that THEY pay the electric bill, its not my responsibility to do that! Other than that and the unfriendly people that reside within the building and buffalo as a whole, it's not a bad place to live if you don't mind saying hi to someone who just stares at you in reply.
