While it may be a bit pricey and the apartments are small, I love living here! They're clean, fairly soundproof, and each unit has its own washer and dryer (something I wouldn't want to live without). Plus, the maintenance is really efficient; my water heater broke and I had a new one within hours. I love that there's a fitness center (each machine has its own TV) and a pool (although this is Buffalo, so it's only open for a few months each year). You can't live here if you don't have a car because it's a fairly secluded area (which I actually don't mind) but the grocery store, post office, and Starbucks are all less than a mile away. The kitchen is a bit small and I would love more counter space, but it's been a great place to live while going to Graduate School.
