I chose to live at Country Club Manor when I first moved to Buffalo because I was impressed with the apartment. Jackie, the manager, worked hard to get my roommate and I the layout that we wanted. Although I liked the complex as a whole, we had a lot of issues with our air conditioner. However, maintenance was incredibly responsive and usually had the problem fixed within a day. This is a tremendous asset. The pool and clubhouse are very nice. The location can't be beat- Wegman's is less than a mile away, and it's very close to Transit and the Thruway. Overall, it's a very nice place to live.
