Know this...the windows are terrible. They do not provide any insulation in the winter...literally, the wind will whip through your place and you'll be forced to put up plastic...and the wind will blow through the windows so strongly, it will knock down the plastic! No joke!
Maintenance will come and fix things quickly and are really good...however, costlier things will be ignored and "your fault" or not really in need of replacement. Still, they're only doing what they're told so I can't fault them.
The apartments are tiny and poorly laid out. Think about 'galley kitchen'--it really means doll-sized. One sink means you will have to clean up after handling meats before making something else...two sinks would have been much better. Cooking is very hard to do unless it's just reheating...forget about ever, ever making a full meal from scratch. And btw, the oven doesn't have a window.
All the appliances are the cheapest possible--in fact the entire apartment screams 'cheap'. Honestly, it's like they used the absolute cheapest materials possible.
One more thing--the staff are absolutely the rudest, most horrible people I have ever dealt with. Jackie in the office is completely horrible...she's either sickeningly sweet or unbelievably mean--nothing in between with her. All of the office staff are super nice until you've signed a lease, then they are absolutely horrible. Jackie is the worst though. She has the nerve to yell at tenants and treats everyone like she's running a concentration camp! I know people who have refused to come to the office to pick up packages because she was working!
The grounds are pristine, which is nice...but in the summer they use chem-lawn constantly! Not a place for allergy sufferers.
Parking is hard because there are not enough spaces around the buildings for tenants because guests will park right in front of a building and force tenants(who actually pay rent) to have to park far away from their own apartment.
It's a very very quiet community...eerily quiet. If that's what you like, then this is your place. But it is so silent...never any noise at all. It's kind of disturbing and creepy. None of the neighbors interact at all...no one ever speaks unless it's a brief "Hi," and no one really knows one another at all. Everyone is very unfriendly--extremely so.
All in all, you're just paying for the location...safe, secure, and somewhat maintained. For the price, it's ok if you are in a pinch and need a place--but really, if you want a decent place, look elsewhere. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

When I was younger and first looking for an apartment, this was one of the first places I looked. The woman in the office (the property manager I presume) was so angry and annoyed at having to talk to a perspective tenant that I decided right then and there that this place wasn't going to work. Looking back, it was actually pretty funny, but I guess it's not for anybody who lives there...
