Checked out other apartments in Cheektowaga, and other areas of Amherst, but really loved this one. You basically pay for the safe location. Williamsville is very safe, and I dont have to worry about break-ins or robberies, that happen at other locations. Have only needed to call maintenance a handful of times, and if they do not respond WITHIN the hour, its usually odd. Plenty of natural light due to nice, large windows, nicely kept grounds, lots of parking spots... One of the only negatives about the apartments is that the bedrooms were hooked up for DirecTV, but not cable (livingroom has both hookups). I had to have Time Warner come in to do a wall-fish. The central Heat/Air conditioner unit could be a little on the noisy side. Dryer usually takes over an hour to dry clothes. Very quiet apartments. No road noise at all (even being right off Sheridan, its nicely blocked by tall trees.)The apartments are only 2 mins from anything you will need in life (Eastern Hills Mall, Airport (airport not too close...no plane noise), Restaurants, Post Offices, Banks, Grocery Stores, Barber Shops, Wilson Farms, Target, Lowes...)
