My boyfriend and I were seriously considering moving into Country Club Manor until we received the rudest treatment from one of their office staff members, Ryan. We went into her office to introduce ourselves and she immediately began the conversation with "Have a seat. It will be a minute." However, she was clearly sitting at her desk doing nothing and just did not want us anywhere near her office. After 5 minutes she called us into her office and verified with us a zillion times what our move in date was. She said "We have an opening this month" to which I responded "Our move in date isn't until later." She stated "Oh, so you aren't flexible, okay..." Throughout our tour she undermined my boyfriend and I, raising her eyebrows at appropriate questions we asked about the apartments. I have never been treated with such rudeness, especially since her position calls for her to be somewhat of a sales person. The apartments themselves were nice; however the kitchens were small and the bedrooms have sinks in them! The bedrooms have a very hotel-ish feel. We hated the fact that the bedrooms had sinks because we wanted to make one of them into an office. Also, the dining area is very small. I would keep looking- you can find better service and apartments at cheaper prices!
