The apartment is very spacious has hardwood floors and lots of windows. Its close to Downtown Buffalo and near the shopping areas. Its pretty quiet at night but parking is horrible. The parking spaces are so small that you usually end up going over the line. So far I have had no problems with the management. They are pretty quick with fixing all of my maintenance problems. So if your looking for a quiet roomy apartment..Delaware Park is the place to live.
