We have lived here for almost a year now and for the most part we are happy with the place - ample space in a one bedroom apt, very quiet in our second floor unit as we hardly even see our neighbors let alone hear them ever, the staff (Liz) is friendly and helpful and maintenance is very prompt with their services. rent seems pricey but it includes high speed internet and cable and all utilities except electric - so it's really a decent rate. also it's in a great location - only a 3 minute drive to Buffalo State which is convenient, and the grocery store, movies, restaurants, etc is all less than 10 minutes away. the drawbacks to living here that I can think of are that although the appliances are brand new and good quality, the kitchen has NO counter space. also, we have had problems with centipedes, ants and beetles in our bathroom - but that is what happens when you live in an old building such as this (I believe the apartments were built in the 1940s). However, I have to say that whenever we have had bug problems maintenance has been very quick to take care of it. We are satisfied enough overall here that we will hopefully at least stay another two years or so.
