I really like the apartment itself. Parking is not an issue, nice building, good location, ammenities, etc. Inside it is usually pretty quiet, not a bad place to get homework/ work done. Good group of tenants, lots of grad students, young professionals.

However, there are serious noise issues. The surrounding houses have some of the loudest children I have ever heard in my life that scream and yell non-stop on a nice day. Also, count on these same houses performing incredibly irritating construction projects through late spring to fall each year. Finally, construction crews working on the Kenmore blgs. are a staple of each morning at about 7:30. Very loud vans and trucks that seem to arbitrarily drive loops around the complex, as if to piss everyone off. The workers are also very loud and profane when they shout back and forth.
