I don't live in the complex but I have found it very difficult to view the apartment. There is no one ever in the rental office. When I did make an appointment the lady in charge of rentals Ms. Perez stood me up and never showed. I figure she was running late but I waited 45 minutes and no show. She was also inconciderate. She did not call to reschedule or to apologize for her being rude. While I was wainting I had brief contact with some tenants which the seem to be nice but, when viewing what they call the lobby was an apparent disaster you can tell that it has been patched up for years. The housing needs a deperate makeover.
