I came looking for an apartment that was a studio and cheap. I rent a studio for 470 a month, I don't have a problem with the owner or the mantience. While others who have wrote reviews have some points, It is kind of hard to get a hold of mrs. perez, It is hard to get a hold of mantaince. The heater doesn't stay on like it should, it goes off every 20 minutes or so. The apartment they showed me when i came in for the appointment and the one i wanted, had 2 windows. However the one i got has one, which is most of the reason i do not plan on renewing.
