Can't beat the price! From: downtownfags Date posted: 8/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   For an apartment like this anywhere else (including here in Buffalo) the rent would be three times more! For under $600 a month we have a brand new apartment with all new appliances, a great view (& A good breeze), a private gym to use whenever we feel like it, never a wait in the laundry room, the office girls will sign for my packages (and deliver them if I ask them to), the place is always clean, the maintenance guy is right on top of things, I can walk to work and crawl home from Chippewa, there is even a doorman! Most the other residents are pretty cool, I love this place.
