I have been there since it opened and have no complaints. In the beginning htere were a lot of low lifes but the owner booted them out. The girls in the office have always been helpful and the maintenance guy is great. Parking sucks, it's expensive and not secure but that is downtown for ya. You can't beat the price, and now the whole place is on surveilance camera so no more need for an annoying doorman.
