ive lived at the holling place for a year with my roomate. the apartments here are gorgeous...very contemporary and modern. i had a great experience with the staff who fixed anything we needed and were always a phone call away. the apartments are downtown so problems with noise and parking should be expected if this is the part of buffalo that you choose to live in. the rent is extremely cheap for the apartment that you get. my apartment had 12 ft ceilings with brand new floors, paint, counter tops, cubbords ect. i would reccomend this place to any young individual/couple who is looking to enjoy living in busy downtown buffalo in a beautiful loft. i do not think this is a good place for pets however... no place for dogs to walk whatsoever. go check out these affordable, modern apartments for yourself! you will be pleasantly suprised
