VERY Dirty, loud, very basic

You can hear everything through the floors and walls. Inside the buildings the stairwells and basement are extremly disgusting! There is not much that comes with it. No ac, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ect... You get what you pay for.

If you lived in your own house,would you clean your basement or just walk past the garbage,the people who live there are the people making the mess because they are to lazy to put the garbage into the garbage,but thats ok,just look at it and complain when it would be easy to just pick it up
