I think the people who leave negative responcese about kensington are very unreasonable. I am a recent graduate and find this place fits my needs perfectly.

The apartments are attractive inside, though the kitchen is small, you get used to it. I love all the brick too!

The common areas are as clean as you make them, some people just don't clean up after themselves, and its not kensington's job to clean your stairway.

It is a very large complex so repairs can take a few days to get completed, but I have never been ignored, as long as I called. And the people in the office are wonderful.

I will admit that the walls are thin, but I must be lucky to have silent neighbors because all I here is doors and walking, and the ocassional loud conversation, it really is very acceptable.

But I love this place and will live here untill I get a house or leave Buffalo.

Riiiiiiiiiiiiight...."not a bad place" in the same sentence as Kensington Village? .....highly unbelieveable...ok i know you probably got 1 year of free rent from the office for saying all these things. if you live here you got robbed. end of story.
