Well what to say, I was a college student looking for an affordable place while I finished my degree, little did I know the shennigans that would ensue. Short of what I witnessed during a visit to Compton, I havent seen such debauchery. I am talking about "upstanding" citizens drinking 40ounce malt liquor on the stoop, and well these boys didnt have to wake up for work in the morning, if you get the jist. The rowdy neighbors were nothing compare to what happened when my heat failed in february. I called maintenance and there solution was to send a one armed midget named "lefty" to fix my heat. Not only could he not even reach the thermostat , but he kept complimenting my bedding , and asking if I could "blow" his mind. I dont even understand the physics of what he had in mind, but I gave it a shot. The maintenance midget was a champ, like 10 rounds with Mike Tyson, this guy took a pounding for 45 minutes only to leave me unfilled , and the heat still didnt work !! No, heat, no joy, no renew the lease. take it or leave it, bats in the laundry room, ghetto on the steps, light bulbs unchanged, and ice unsalted on the sidewalks. Its nice to save money , but its nice to have a home, why cant I come home mommy '

Whoever wrote this is absolutely ridiculous. You mention that that its"ghetto on the steps, etc." yet you decided to "give it a shot" with the maintenance man. If that's not ghetto I don't know what is. No wonder mommy doesn't want you to come home. You seem to be a part of the "ghetto" problem. Not only are you nasty for doing whatever it is that you did with "Lefty", but you had the nerve to mention that he's a midget. You're not embarrassed? Looks like somebody needs to re-evaluate. I guess you have seen such "debauchery" after all.
