This is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartment is disgusting, the people are disgusting, the whole complex is disgusting! First off the electric wiring is so old that you will need to buy adapters if you want to plug in anything with a 3 prong plug; and you can?t plug more than one thing in at a time without blowing a fuse. It?s either the refrigerator or the microwave, not both. When I say blow a fuse, I mean blow a fuse, not flip a breaker. You best stop at Home Depot or somewhere and buy a few cases of fuses, you?re going to need them! The bathroom is so small that you literally have to get in the tub or go out in the hallway to turn around. There are also NO outlets whatsoever in the bathroom. The plumbing and the bathroom and kitchen fixtures are so old and leak real bad. I?m pretty sure the toilet in my apartment was one of the original flush toilets ever made. The hardwood floors are scuffed, scratched and worn out. The walls have at least 30 layers of paint (lead paint, I had to sign a waiver prior to moving in) and the painter just painted over top of outlets, light switches, hinges, etc. The closet doors don?t work and some of the cabinet doors above the closet have never been opened, due to so much paint. It?s hard to tell whether the windows are open or shut because there is always a constant breeze blowing through. The whole complex is poorly lit and very unsafe. There are washers and dryers in the basement, but the basement smells so bad, and is so dark and disgusting that you would be better off driving to a laundromat. The a**holes who live here think that if they have their 4-way flashers on they can park where ever they want. Double park, park on the wrong side of the road, wherever, it doesn?t matter to these people. People drink and smoke pot in the parking lots and outside their buildings and no one seems to care. The maintenance staff are complete a**holes and are completely useless. The whole place looks like a ---- hole, grass is never cut right, there is garbage everywhere, poor landscaping, etc. DO NOT LIVE HERE! DO NOT VISIT HERE! DO NOT EVEN DRIVE BY! STAY AWAY!
