Not the worst you could do.

I have lived here for 3 years. There are not many extra services or benefits for living here but I was only looking for a place to hang my hat.

Maintenance has always been pretty quick. They do tend to mutilate the grass in the winter. They drive all over it with the plows. My apartment has about 10 layers of paint over the top of everything. They just paint over hinges, light switches etc. etc...

The floors are all hardwood. Ours are pretty scuffed up, but still good.

My main complaint is that there is NO (zero) counter space in the kitchen and bathrooms. That has driven me crazy for 3 years. I HATE it!!
