Despite the previous reviews by the rude, inconsiderate, most likely delinquent, tenants who dont deserve to be called residents, I on the other hand have recently had a great experience at Kensington Village.

In my eyes Kensington Village has made many improvements in the last two years, starting with maintenance and moving into management. Over a year ago us residents saw the maintenance department morph from 6 people taking care of the whole property to 12 people having designated sections of the property in which they solely work in, and become more familiar to the residents. Now maintenance is at your apartment no later that 48 hours after you put in the work order. And in most cases within 24 hours. Now to the management side.
The management has also undergone a series of changes. To start they fired the people who were rude and uncaring. Those people were the manager, assistant manager, and a leasing agent. Only one person in the leasing office made the grade, and it was for a reason.
Now dont get me wrong, there are still things that need to be fixed at Kensington Village, but compared to the rest of the apartment communities in the area, Kensington Village offers you the most for your buck. And to have all of your utilities included in your rental price, no matter how many things you have plugged in or how much you use the gas stove, its a great deal! so check it out!
