I have lived here for 2 years. I think the price is very fair, considering how big the apartment is and that utilities are included. You can hear your neighbors, but only if they are loud and the place is not furnished. I found area rugs fixed most of the noise problem. My biggest complaint are the types of neighbors. Many are inconsiderate, littering the grounds, parking illegally and blasting music late at night. The grounds are kept up. The interior is run down, but adequate for someone not looking for much. The plumbing is somewhat of an issue, but I have never been without hot water, gas, heat or electricity.
