So I get the keys to my new 2 bedroom apt. I walk in and noticed extreme infestation of roaches everywhere. I SAID EVERYWHERE! The shower/bathroom/sink/kitchen sink refuse to release water out no matter how much i maxed it out. I felt like the rain would have provided more liquid than the sinks/shower and bathroom combined. The most important thing is when you walk into the smaller bedroom you will notice a HOLE yes, a HOLE in the wall. This hole is not that bad in size it is only about 4 feet tall and 3 feet wide. Am I joking' NO! I have pictures upon request. If you want to live here go ahead! live here with no shower or water for 2 weeks and have a HOLE in your wall for a good 1 month. the office will claim they have a private detective they hired that drives around....please....my car got broken into parking in the back! less than 6 months living here. they will tell you all the nicest things until your car or home gets broken into. There is a reason why the ratings are so low. I mean its really not that bad, only 3 of my friends got their place broken into twice and got the stereos stolen from their cars. Not bad at all...

Now let me introduce you to how lovely the heating systems are in these units...so you get 3 "heaters" 1 in the living room and 1 in each bedroom. These things will spit out the same amount of heat the back of my computer spits out. I seriously believe and I'm not joking on this one, that my fart contains more heat to fully insulate these rooms in the summer. Another funny thing is I NEVER EVER turn the heat off. This is not a joke. It will never get hot even in teh summer. Like I said prepare for the next ice age during the winters.

As for maintenence...ehh...so they are suppose to fix things when things are busted or needs to be fix right' riiiiiiight! remember the hole in the wall' the guy slaps on a couple pieces of thin paper and i mean severely thin like loose leaf and just paints over it. He actually used GLUE! the guy used those glue sticks and claims it sticks more effectively than anything else he ever used. Dude...glue sticks go with makign sparkles in preschool.

again...for the water...remember you wont get the hose like type of effect coming from a hydrant outside. thats obvious. however having little water like poor sub-saharan africa...aka couple of drops on the head...thats just not cool. the things im writing here are not false. these are all legitimate statements. If you really don't believe it..be my guest come live here. Once again take a good look at the rating percentage...its low for a reason. Don't EVER listen to what the office tells you about private detective or what not. that stuff is for celebral palsy inviduals.

lastly, live here if you carry a firearm AND a kevlar vest. NOT the FANCY ones like 50 cent rocks in his videos with the GUCCI logo. you need some serious shi!t. Im talking the ones that cover up to your ELBOWS matta fact the ones that go up to your fingers. ITS THAT SERIOUS HERE.

IF ALL OF THE ABOVE IS OK TO YOU THEN FINE.BUT KEEP IN MIND YOU MUST CARRY BOTH A FIREARM AND KEVELAR in order to survive. people will break in left and right.
