Well, my son and I lived on Kenville for 8 years!
Quiet area, huge spiders, can't use own washer/dryer, dangerous garage (even had a skunk hiding in there once) great 96 year old neighbor!the pool hours sucked but it was a decent affordable place to live.
Only had my car broken into once. They got 2 bottles of Keri Lotion and 75 cents in the ashtray. Hope their skin is silky soft now.
1 bullet hole in the bedroom window. Hmm,never did find the bullet in the apt tho.
I thought I was going to be able to wait till he graduated from high school, 2 years to go. Imagine my surprise when I was given a 60 day notice at Easter to vacate because the owners decided to turn the Village into a huge college DORM! My family as well as 528 additional families told to go buh-bye! Lucked out and found someplace else wonderful. I will miss the camaraderie that I shared with the tenants and the maintenance staff, but the shoddy sneaky way the tenants were treated is probably why the owners will have problems finishing their giant DORM!
