You could do a lot better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Buffalo has a renter's market; if you take the time to look, you can find all the amenities you are looking for at a reasonable price in a decent neighborhood. Although the Mayflower is cheap, I've seen better at a better price. Or pay an extra $50 a month for a substantially better property. Athough the people are generally nice & respectable, the Mayflower is old, run-down and dirty - keep shopping.
