I stayed here from 2006 to 2007 and BMG were the worst landlords I have ever dealt with. There are basically 3 people who run the entire thing, Myron, little Myron aka Jeremy, and Victor. These three are the biggest bunch of...I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with in my life. They'll charge you for stuff after doing it before telling you that there's a charge prior to doing it. After you interact with these people, you will feel like you need to take a shower. Unfortunately they own a lot of properties in Buffalo so it may be hard to avoid them, but it would be in your best interest not to rent from them. After I moved here, a bunch of people who had also rented from them (as I said, they own a lot of properties) told me BMG is the worst and if I had asked, they would have told me to avoid them like the plague. One of these renters is one of the nicest people I know and he said he hates BMG. Some renters even said they moved out just cause they wanted to stop giving these people their money cause Myron et al are so distasteful. They try to take everything from your deposit and try not to return any refunds for as long as they can without becoming legally liable. They charge you for ridiculous things when you move out like washing the outside of the windows (how are you supposed to do that when you live up high') They also have a tendency to enter your apartment whenever they feel like it and not tell you. When they were showing my apartment, they never notified me when someone was coming. Sometimes, I would find clues that someone was inside (this was prior to the time period when they were showing my apt) and I had no idea why they were there. When I did ask to be notified when a repair person was coming, they never notified me and I only realized someone had been there cause again, some things were out of place. They say they will be present when a repair person is there but that is not always true. They show absolutely no regard for your privacy or any courtesy in notifying you when they're going to enter your apt. AVOID BMG. There are other apts in Buffalo. AVOID BMG. AVOID BMG. You have been warned.

IT IS ALL TRUE! They are horrible. ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? have a long list of things to say about this place!!
