Renting from ken pieri owner of 111 porter Ave. the peace bridge apts. can only be described as a horrific experience. The lease was filled with tons of unconscionable clauses such as a re-renters fee equal to one months rent if you don't stay a year. That only the beginning , Ken & Barbera his trusty side kick wont disclose any of these sneaky little clauses in the lease so renter beware DON'T SIGN ANYTHING no matter how desperate the situation RUN ! Find another place to go.

The above comment was submitted by a tenant who lived in one of my single homes at 64 Clay St., Buffalo, NY. He never lived at the Peace Bridge Apts. He was evicted for none payment of two month's rent and damaging my property. He burned my carpeting and melted the vinyl siding with his outside grill, etc. Ken Pieri, landlord, 716-882-7000 You may call me.

I rented from Ken Pieri at 2867 Niagara St. I never had a problem and I had my entire deposit returned, which I never expect to get from a landlord without a fight. Peter Walters

I worte the slumlord blog in dec. of 2008 to expose ken pierri and his trusty side kick barb.It is now sept.2009 and i finaly had my day in court.A judge ruled that I had proven my counter claim (no heat with out water mold)due to my extensive documentation of violations and awarded me $1600.00 in back rent in addition to attorney fees which are in the ball park of $8000.00 for a total of 9600.00.My security deposit was never returned and the slumlord is currently trying to sue me in commercial claims court for damages he claims were made to the apt in question LOL.
