Pretty decent for young people

only problem was a few small cockroaches when we moved in. i let the office know and within 2 days they had scheduled an exterminator to come and spray. we never hear our neighbors and the places are pretty well kept. as a 20 year old college student this is a good place to start especially since my budget is very limited
