Best Place to Rent in Buffalo! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Sheldon Apartments is by far the best place to rent in Buffalo. It is in walking distance to Elmwood Avenue, but far enough away where you don't have to worry about safety. The rents are reasonably priced and include heat and hot water, in addition off-street parking is available. The management (E Square Capital) has always been incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone!
