Well, clearly I was shocked to see the other ratings for Sheldon apartments. I strongly believe it is reported by the owners, so I thought I add this.

I have lived there for 1 year. I work in a nearby hospital, and I signed the lease because it is quite close to work, and I was planning on staying for 3 years. After 1 year, my experience was horrible - the worst is the maintenance. The workers are paid paltry and do a poor job. Often times, I had to wait for a month to get things fixed. This apartments are old and POORLY maintained. This experience is shared by all my peers who have lived there with me. - Thus, I and also 5 other peers moved out after first year.

I recommend you verify it and think about it yourself. The location is prime - that means apartments must be full as are all other apartments nearby. However, at any given time, more than 1/3rd of the apartments at sheldon are vacant. And those who live there are from out of town/country, who had no prior info. I recommend you check this yourself.
