This is a very bad place to rent. I turned me off from city living. Parking is bad, and the apt is falling apart. I mean it, my ceiling fell down. The apt was really bad. Nothing ever got fixed, and the building is a mess. PLEASE ASK ABOUT THE TURN OVER RATE!! Every one I know has lived here for a year ( or less) and could not take it anymore. They only thing they do get to in a timely manor is your rent. The people who work here are rude, and very unprofessional. It feels like you are dealing with slum lords, but the rent is crazy high. And all of their properties are bad. I had friends in a few different buildings, and every one is moving. I beg you to keep looking, this is not a good apt building. I also truly think the good reviews you see are from the people who work here.

I lived at the complex and have recommended it to friends some of whom are still there AND LOVE IT. Off-street parking is available if you're willing to pay for it (like most places in the city) At one point I had trouble making rent and the management company was more than willing to help me work it out. The building was just renovated when I lived there (less than 5 years now) and for the size you get compared to other places in the city the rent is reasonable I know some members of the management staff who are always friendly and willing to come let you in at night if you're locked out or stop and ask how your day is going. After reading the post I realize who posted it. The woman is upset mostly because she parked at one of their different properties illegally (where her friend lived) and had her car towed while (being extremely intoxicated) she screamed at harassed the towing company.......heaven forbid the management team tries to make sure that tenants who pay to park actually have a spot.... I have lived at 3 different E Square properties now and will continue renting from them for the foreseeable future. and to answer any questions, I have not worked for the management team.....I just really like the way they handle things.
