Tudor Gardens

When I first moved to Buffalo, I fell in love with Tudor Gardens. The beautiful tree-lined streets, the lovely English garden landscaping, the beautiful woodwork. Unfortunately, all the pretty stuff can't make up for the fact that the maintenance crew for the most part have no respect for your property or your complaints, the management treat you like a pest or worse, and the building had more code violations than the building inspector I called could write on two pages of paper. The basement/garage is not heated, nor is it adequately insulated so pipes burst aplenty. (It broke my brand new $2k washing machine). Additionally, if you have more than one car street parking is really hard to come by and you can get ticketed for parking in the alley. There is an idiot who is always honking his horn at all hours of the day or night who I'm pretty sure is a dealer.

As if that's enough, I called them out several times because brown water was leaking through my kitchen ceiling into my cabinets (from the upstairs bathroom--eww.) They "couldn't find the source of the leak" so a few months later when I come home and find a three-story flood I was livid. Through the whole repair process they treated me like I was a moron. Three levels of my apartment had extensive water damage, and all they did was sand and repaint. (and no, they claimed they never found or fixed the problem, so I hope you don't end up with this apartment)
