Overall, it is pretty nice, esp. ur own individual bathroom, but kinda pricey..but good if u don't have a car and don't have to be stuck in the dorms..4 rooms and 4 baths

I must say that I have never felt so ripped off than when I was living at University Village at Sweethome. Every one of the previous posts which warns students from moving into these apartments is TRUE! If you value your money and don't want to be treated and talked to like an idiot, don't move into these apartments! I even called the corporate office in Austin to complain about the unfair and unstable way UV was dispensing electric bills and the corporate office did nothing. They know that they are taking advantage of students and their parents' money. Having a pool and a gym which has broken equipment does not measure up to the high rent and excessive electric bills. The manager and the staff do look you right in the face and lie to you and take your money and there is nothing you can do about it. Like I said, complaining to the corporation does nothing because it is all about the money, not about the students or the residents. I am glad to have left this place, but I know they are going to rip me off on my security deposit even though I know I left that apartment clean and damage free! I hated that place and I do not recommend for anyone move in there. You will get ripped off and end up hating it too!
