Sweet Rip Off From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Everybody was excited to be the first to break in the new building. The ads in the student paper made this place look really nice. After living there I wish I would not have made the choice not to dish out the cash for this place. We thought we would have some freedom. Look elsewhere as there are still CAās that control the building. There were a ton of problems from the get go due rush of bring tenants in before the new years. Problems range from broken dishwasher to leaks in plumbing. They advertise the community center. They only have it opened to their facility hours. (8AM-10PM) Which is lame! You want to use the pool past 8PM (Which was closed down a couple of weeks during the summer) or shoot pool late at night forget about it! Parking is also a joke! Due to frequent high schoolers dropping by, the folks that actually live there had to park miles away. We are currently waiting on our security deposit (Moved out 2 months ago). This company is so quick to fine people ranging from throwing your trash the wrong way to charging you double rent if you donāt leave within a minute of the last day of your lease. They will nag you for fines but when it comes down to returning a security deposit they take there sweet time. And they also rised the price for rent. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
