It is really funny reading the posting that people have posted here. I have lived at university village at sweethome for approx. 2 yrs going on 3. I was first introduced to this place by my cousin. I went on the website paid a deposit and the rest was history.
Reading the comments here made me laugh, I think the apartment complex has like over 800 residents and its only been open for like 3 years so roughly the max 2400 or less residents have lived here, and only 15 has written bad comments that must mean something... they suck! ( i.e. the losers that posted)
Ok so there have been some problems with maintance, management, but for what it's worth. The new staff is friendly. The place is incredible. It has a game room whhich i fully take advantage of, only problem I wish it stayed opened beyond 11 p.m. but I guess its normal since the staff has a life too.
Lets talk about the apartments itself for a mintue,only if my fellow residents with anger management problems would only stop punching holes in the wall... Like really' Would you do this at home' Where in buffalo are you really going to get better living ... with all those amenities' Especially if you are a UB student... ' NO WHERE! I hate the thought of living on campus and sharing a bathroom with like 15 others... disgusting! Everyone with their own bathroom,that alone made my day.

I'm not saying UVS is perfect it has its ups and downs, but i find living at sweethome okay... dont mind what these losers say... its pretty decent!

Can not wait to move out. Don't say you were not warned. Way too much money to put up with such crap fromn the management and rude personnel. Wish I had read these reviews before I moved here. I dont have a rich mom or dad paying my rent every month like some!

Oh..well since this person thinks that sweethome is good I guess that discredits all the other reviews. So go ahead everyone and live at sweethome. Don???t mind the shady management, or the fact that you???re paying a combined $2,000 plus dollars/month for a tiny 4 person apartment or they crappy construction that was done. Because you know what... you get a game room with a pool table and a dirty pool to swim in???and you know what???that???s all that really matters and that makes up for everything that???s wrong with the place. So I agree with this non-loser. Everyone should live at sweethome

are u ----in kidding me? if youre so unhappy with your own bathroom, walk in closet, full size bed, kitchen and living room, theatre room, community center, free printing, hot tub and shuttle bus.. move back to the dorms where u share a shower with ten nasty people... have to deal with people putting ur wet clothes on top of the machine and sharing ur room with people havign sex when ur asleep... yeah sweethome is relaly that bad... not at all.. its five times better than any other place so grow the ---- up
