I have lived at sweethome for the last 2 years and let me tell you, it is not worth your money at all. The property was poorly constructed and the amenities that we all pay so much for are often dirty or broken. The several times that I have had a problem and needed to talk to management, it was nothing but a hassle. The management (not the Community Assistants) are often never available for help and when they are it often seems like they are talking down to you. The CAs are also not always very helpful, they are very clicky and they will sit and finish telling a story to one anther before they help some one waiting at the front desk. And now, recently the buses aren t even working and they only provide us with a van for transportation. And there are way too many residents to transport us on a van. Over all the property itself is alright, although extremely overpriced, the biggest problem is how they treat their residents. The office staff is very shady and it always seems like they are lying or covering something up. The part I find most interesting is how there are like 3 or 4 reviews in the past week or so on this website and they are all so extremely positive about the staff, but all previous once conflict with these reviews. And its really convenient for sweethome that these reviews are coming out right around the time their new property right down the street is leasing/opening and when new residents may be looking into living at sweethome. I just think it seems too convenient and I wouldn t be surprised if the staff were writing all those reviews in order to make the property look better than it really is. So just beware of what you re getting into

I agree 100% with this reviewer, as I was also a resident here for a year and experienced the same problems and treatment. It is definitely apparent that the Sweethome staff are writing positive reviews about themselves in order to trick people into thinking it's a nice place. DO NOT RENT HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY
