I have lived in Sweethome for three years, ever since it opened up. I am graduating in a week or so and am moving out, so I figured I should write a review. I haven't read any of the other reviews on here because I'm used to people complaining about sweethome for the most miniscule reasons, with very few things being justifiable.

I personally have always enjoyed living at Sweethome. For the price you pay ($550 or so for a quad), you cannot beat this deal if you are a University at Buffalo student. This takes into consideration the highly overpriced on-campus apartments, and the unbelievably high crime university heights houses on south campus. While there may have been some problems with various amenities at the beginning, things are now running well and I have never had a problem myself. This is the only place in Buffalo that you can get your own pool, 40 person hot tub, movie theater, gym, basketball court, and entertainment area for the price! As for the rooms, while people may complain that they are small, having your own bathroom, big bed, and walk-in closet is fantastic. I highly recommend living in Sweethome, and while it is inevitable that some people may not like living here, there really is not a better value.

This person is either a staff member or hasn't realized yet that he isn't going to get his security deposit back..hahaha. Don't listen to this idiot, it's apparent that the last two positive reviews were posted by the same person.
