Overall West Ferry is a nice place to live. The bed room and living room are decent size. Large walk-in closet. Normal Size Bathroom. The kitchen is small and I guess what you would call the eating space or dinning room is also very small. The kitchen has a dishwasher, however the dishwaser door hit the refridgerator preventing me from opening the dish washer. Each apartment has a newly remodeled balcony. The Upper belconies are made of composite decking which is very nice. Off the balcony the apartments have a utility room which is large enough to fit my bike, skis, chairs, and a bunch of other stuff. Aside from the utility room and the bedroom closet there is no other storage (in the upstairs apt) so there is not a lot of room to put stuff like vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops etc. I believe in the lower apartments there is a closet under the staircase. The apartments have central air conditioning which is very nice.


The condition of the apartments is great no holes in the walls, nicely painted and clean. No unnatural smells. Maintenance is great, we had a problem with the roof leaking and they fixed roof and the ceiling right away, and did a good job to boot. Generally the complex is pretty quiet so i'm not sure how "thin" the walls are. Our neighbor belows us had a party about once a month which was very annoying and kept me up until 3 to 4 in the morning. Other than that I never heard any of our other neighbors.

Parking is probably the only thing I could complain about. Each apartment gets only one parking space and the parking space is up aways from the apartment. So unloading groceries is a pain. The while complex is very safe.

I gave grounds a poor rating only bc there isn't much for grounds, you have your belcony, the parking lot, and the pool side to "hang out"; no lawn to speak of. But deffinatly NOT dirty
