I've been living in the Westbrook for about 2 years, and it is easily one of the nicest buildings in the area. One of the cool things is that each apartment is different; I have hardwood floors and crown molding. Very classy. I'm currently looking to move out of Westbrook (new job in northtowns), but I'm having a terrible time finding something of comparable quality without paying 50% more than I do now! Maintenance is fast and friendly. (a full-time live-in guy was hired after the other review). As far as noise, my walls are made of solid plaster over brick. My neighbor plays loud rap music that can be heard in the hall, but once I step inside my apartment it's silent.

Pros: Price, views, all util incl.
Cons: Laundry room is usually pretty busy.

Don't know if you will see this-but do they allow small dogs at this complex??
