03/23/14 by MHBuffalo: I moved into this complex less than 2 weeks ago, but i have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Erica (the property manager) is exceptionally professional and helpful. I had a couple of minor glitches and she took care of them immediately and with a smile. Any questions that you may have are covered in a welcoming folder (which goes to show how mindful they are). But the most more

07/01/14 by SplatMan: Living here was Okay. No issues. When my heat broke, they had it fixed the same day. I wish they had A/C. I would live there again. more

05/28/14 by anonymous: Terrible management. I have had so many incidents where they did something wrong or just charged me that extra $50 for absolutely no reason but I never got a chance to talk to the manager although I emailed them a billion times. Employees are rude and don't know anything. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY GIVE YOU AS AN ANSWER, or you'll regret it. They gave me wrong info about subleasing (which more

06/07/14 by anonymous: A blast of faded orange when you walk in the hallways from doors to carpets. Good for Denver Broncos fans and their orange team color. Parking lot is in shambles with lots of potholes. Old building. Decent location. Few services. Weird place. more

08/09/10 by anonymous: Ive lived here for quite some time, Ive noticed apartment buildings around the are going downhill. But here at Sheldon My fellow tenants and myself are quite satisfied with our peaceful environment. Buildings are kept, maitnance is kept and the management staff is alway willing to work with you. The apartment company is friendly and very flexible. The apatments are solid and sturdy. No more

10/26/12 by anonymous: I just recently left Ivybrooke and miss living there. The maintenance Dept was so helpful and professional. The peace and quiet of Ivybrooke is missed. I loved being able to have cats while living there. I felt that I was very well taken care of. I would recommend living at Ivybrooke Crossing. I am grateful for the time I had there. more

11/12/13 by anonymous: Pretty amazing you get bad reviews by tenants that have got evicted but yet the occupancy is at 100% with a waiting list to rent here at Westbrook! We must be doing something right and that is "we care about our tenants". more

10/05/12 by anonymous: You do not want to deal with this company. One of the staff members had a tendency to come in and out of my apartment whenever he felt like it without telling me. I would realize somebody had been inside because something had been moved. When I asked, he said he was checking on something that I had complained about earlier. What a violation. He acted like he did nothing wrong. Very freaky. The more

08/14/13 by eva131@live.com: This is one of the most affordable places to live in downtown. Yes there are some a**hole tenants who make life miserable for everyone. The building is cleaned twice a week. Most tenants in the building are nice and staff does try to resolve complaints between tenants. Some people simply can not be satisfied. more

02/07/09 by anonymous: I decided to write a review because I feel many of these reviews do exaggerate a lot. I lived at Kensington Village for three years (2002 to 2005). While these apartments are indeed not too great, they are really not as bad as many of the reviews here suggest. Yes, the buildings are old, plumbing is old, heating is somewhat poor and a bit noisy, and there are a few nuisances. more
