Maintenance staff is punctual but do a half-assed job, and the staff is run by inexperienced students themselves.

Thin walls, good maintenance My apartment's real cool, there some good people who live here, but my upstairs neighbors are way too loud. The landlord takes section 8 for only about 3 of the 21-24 units, but you can still tell unemployed losers live here, again-my upstairs

Been here 20 years Great locality, 10 minutes from anywhere. Beautiful landscaping and upkeep, always clean. Always there if you need anything, immediately! The staff is very courteous and professional. To name a few, Erica, jeanette, Tony, Mike, Tom and Terry.
