Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Imagin having a brand new baby and no heat in 90% of your apartment. This was only one of the many problems my family and I had experienced While living at Elm HIll. We have sence moved and are still being herassed by the former manager at Elmhill. What ever you do reconsider your rental options.
