I have lived in my apartment for 4 years and have found this, my first apartment living experience, wonderful. I love my spacious living area, the grounds are lush and beautifully kept. Any assistance I've needed has been promptly address much to my satisfaction. Maintenance staff, always available and eager to help.

After checking out several other complexes I found that Kings Gate was the most reasonable priced, spacious, and well maintained. I hope to be here for a very long time. I love my apartment.
